Any of you guys know where i can get a large piece of foam for my rifle case?? I cut mine up to fit my 30-06 Remington and my AR15 but didnt think about the scope and bi-pod i installed on the AR till i went to put it in the case and do more cutting. Now its just trashed and i need to replace it and get a new case for my AR. My case just says "Gun Guard" no other brand name. I can take a pic if it helps any.

We have lots of foam at work, leftover from shipping boxes. They won't be exactly the right size for a gun case, but if you don't mind trying to combine large pieces to fit into a rifle case, it could work. This foam is not the egg carton type though, which is the typical kind of foam I see in gun cases. My workplace is in San Jose. Not sure how far that would be for you.. but my guess is.. far.

I really dont mind Turbinator. Im actually looking for the solid foam not the egg carton type. but your right about the distance. Im in L.A. I need a 12 x 48 (approx) piece. I think i found the Mfg its Plano. Im trying to see if i can order it.sigpicComment

I wonder if the post office would take it if I slapped a shipping label on the bare foam and said, "Here ya go!"
