    Non FFL

I would ask the ATF this question but trying to get ahold of them is a joke.
As a unlicensed person can I sell on commission for a FFL Dealer. For instance I sell a custom gun to Joe Blow but he has to pick up his gun at the FFL's office. Obviously Joe blow has to fill out the forms and have a background check. To me what is the different if Joe Blow that works for Wallmart and sells guns all day long but he is paid by the hour.

Yes.. Ur not actually selling guns.. Ur marketing them

As long as the forms and everything are done at the premises the ffl is and your not assisting in filling out the forms.. Just merely mRketing for commission is fine

      Thanks
I looked at the ATF handbook and could not find the answer. You would think there would be a ATF office in Orlando.
