In order to save some money on a 1022 receiver Id like to buy 3 total with two other buddies so we can save on transfer fees.
If I were to purchase all 3 online so they are shipped together and each of us fills out a separate DROS and taxes paid, would it be an okay sale or would it somehow be construed as a straw buy. I assume it will be okay as the actual DROS and taxes paid will be recorded to everyone separately, but will the state have any problems with it?
