And it sounds like a legal nightmare waiting to happen in this state. Not to mention pretty much the only places you could use it would be, the range(no dog), BLM(sending the dog downrange sounds like a bad idea), or private property(which some people do actually have their own property that they can shoot on in CA).Comment

Can't see why it would be illegal. You may get some over zealous LEO who points out it's over 50 cal so could be illegal. Another might look at no rifling and call it a zip gun. Another may see the Redi Whip can and accuse you of planning a terrorist gas attack with nitrous oxide.Comment
