A fishing license adds $48 to the total cost.

Examples of documents that are NOT acceptable proof of residency:

        1. Hunting or fishing license (these documents are not issued by the government).

Amazing that Commyfornia does not recognize their own DFW as a Government Org.

Last license I bought was direct from the Los Alamitos office of DFW on Lampson Ave.

Does that also mean that Fish Cops are no longer REAL cops? Since they are NOT an officially recognized State Gov. Agency, can they still enforce laws in the state?

The turd brains at the Ca DOJ are unbelievably ridiculous.

You can use a deer tag though. I know because I purchased a handgun this way last August.

If you go to the DMV, pick up a driving history report. Make sure it has the JR in the name field. It also MUST contain the zip code of your residential address on the same line. You have to request that the zip shows on the residential address and not the mailing address. (The dmv will only list 1 zip even if both mailing and residential are the same)

I only have a P.O. Box listed on all my documents and have to use this method. It works at Markleys and HS in Monterey. It costs $5 from the DMV.
