I don't think they require an FFL... I am assuming it's 80% I don't know 1911's well enough to call it but going by I don't see FFL required for this.

It says nothing about them being 80%, and they appear to be completed bare frames from the images.

These are 100% frames.

The 1911 frames and slides that PSA are selling are from their PSA 1911 project.
Since they decided not to proceed in making & selling 1911s, they are now selling off all the receivers/parts they made for that discontinued project.

SSE didn't go away, there were just more restrictions added. Search the handgun forum and you'll find threads about SSEv2.

Probably cannot SSE2 if it were available. I mean i love PSA but they don't take the extra step to cater to CA (Hi cap rebuilds, bullet buttons on ARs/AKs). They probably ae so busy with orders to do extra work. Again i love PSA, their prices are always the best.
