    Las Vegas gun store recommendation

I'm going to be driving to Las Vegas in a couple of week and was looking for recommendations for gun stores. Looking for powder, primers, etc. I didn't know if supply/prices were any better there then here.

    Thank you

i know that they have a huge Bass Pro shop pretty close to the strip

    8200 Dean Martin Drive

might be well worth checking it out even if they don't have what you're looking for

Its the same as calif. Internet is cheaper.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Westside Armory. Some of the nicest guys in the business. Very helpful and two of their guys came from California so they know all the gripes you may express about being from here. They aren't the cheapest but still are a knowledgable operation with great customer service

For reloading supplies it's difficult, not a lot of good choices.

            Extreme Reloading
550 Parkson Rd, Henderson, NV 89011
            (702) 625-0282

Check Bass Pro, Sportsman's Warehouse, CalRanch -- it's still hit'n'miss.

Gun stores I'd recommend checking them all and watch prices -- they vary quite a bit.

If you want names in some kind of order:
            Gun Mountain
            New Frontier Armory
            Spurlocks

            then the rest

People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

Use google maps while in Vegas, and enter words like "reloading" or "ammo" or whatever you are looking for.

Then you just call the store, and ask what they have in stock, and the prices.

This will allow you to figure out which stores you should visit, who has what in stock, etc.

              .

Not necessarily if you factor the shipping cost

It was years ago, but there was a shop just outside of town that had full-auto rentals, best $20 A-mag I've ever spent! Unfortunately it was post bachelor party so I could only afford 3 mags ~ LOL

I just want to point out "the gun store" gives free ccw classes. If you dont have an NV license may be something to do.

American Shooters is the best gun shop in Vegas. Not cheap
