what kind of round is this?

So I was digging through a bunch of old ammo to sell off and I came across this 30-06 round and haven't a clue what it is.

Hey that's pretty nifty, cool well I'm going to see how these do over a crono out of the 30-06 and the 308 . I wonder how well they group.
