    Need a little help

Hey calguns I need some help
I am doing a class project on how Less restrictive gun laws would effect the crime rate. Any links to actual studies or data or articles that have been published by creditable authors would be great.
    Thank you

I don't have any links right now because I got my hands full but I would check out Dr John Lot, if I were you.
intelligent , well spoken and has lots of varied data to back up his statements & he has a few books out as well.

    good luck on your project.

Here's all the information you need with sources that you can read and cite yourself.

Gun Facts is an ongoing project to bring honesty into the debate about guns, violence and control.

There was another very similar thread on here recently (within last couple of weeks) that had lots of links as well.

There's more than one way to look at how gun laws affect crime rates. Your thesis sounds like "less laws make less crime". Another way to look at it would be "more laws do not make less crime". The second thesis is much easier to prove because you can find studies where new laws either didn't reduce crime or worse, actually increased crime.

Remember, correlation does not equal causation.
