Need some dump pouch conversion tips

I used to mount my CSM dump pouches on a HSGI Suregrip war belt at the 6:30 position.

Then I grew tired of my waistline soaked in sweat after 10 hours with the belt on. So I went back to a regular gun belt for better ventilation. It's now a chore to attach and detach the CSM dump pouch with it's molle compatible loops. Is there any belt conversion piece/hanger out there for quicker attchment/detachment?

depending on what you are carrying, I use these:

What do you use that for?

Rifle mags, water bottle, snacks, loose rounds, etc. for the linked version. I deploy the Marine Corps version for long items like Saiga 12 mags.
