    Could anyone help point out a FFL that can do PPT within the city of Rowland Heights, Brea, La Habra or Diamond Bar?

      Ling Sports haha. Seriously all FFL's are required by law to do them but if you want more hassle free experience you can try the indoor range in Brea.
