I'm in San Diego CA I been searching on Web about a permit to conceal weapon in me or my car do they give out permit for that?

You need a conceal carry weapon permit to legally conceal a loaded firearm on yourself or your car. SD doesn't seem to be issuing on the basis of just self-defense, so unless you own a business, carry loads of cash, or have actual documentation that your life is in danger there isn't much hope at the moment.

But, in short, there is no special permit that allows carry in a car; there just the 'ordinary' license to carry concealed, valid statewide, but seldom issued by San Diego city/county.
