Anyone Here With a Gunbroker Account?

Hi, I'd like to see who can help me out. I'd like to order a Noveske/Vltor MUR upper but don't have a GB account. So my question is, is there anyone on here (hopefully a member with a long history of + iTrader) who would be willing to order the upper for me? I will pay you for the cost of the upper + 10% of the cost for you doing the favor + shipping. Discreet/confidential PayPal only.

please PM me if you can help me, thanks.

I'd do it, if you could get me the money before I click on the commit to buy button.

OP, signing up on Gunbroker is absolutely free. 99.9% of sellers have no problem selling to new people with no/low feedback count. Some will want to talk to you before you bid, just to make sure you're legit. Sign up, bid, buy, it's that easy. Just don't go broke...

I think it takes about five minutes to open a new GB account.

OP is new to the forum, no real history.

Asks someone with a lot of history vouch and take the lead for their purchase on another site they arent a part of.

Because of join date, the mindset and question asked. I'm asauming OP is a kid. And a straw purchase is involved or is too lazy to make his own account or can't for some reason.

OP you don't need feedback to buy guns there. So your request is very odd. Create an account and start buying. That simple. Took me 20 min and 3 days to buy one gun on there. 0 feedback and I only joined for that one gun.

Actually, doesn't GB charge a $1.00 a month recurring charge? I seem to remember that. In either event, they are fine to deal with. OP should get his own account.

It was a one time fee for verification, iirc

OP, as others have said, it is very simple to open your own account.

Also, many vendors cannot accept PayPal, due to the very anti-gun policies of payPal, so plan on paying with another method; some take credit cards, and others want checks/MO's, etc.

This should make anyone "pause and REJECT". Pete

Yeah exactly. I hate selling to non rated GB bidders when I list something. I responded to a WTB on CGN recently and had him register on GB and bid on what he wanted. $2K plus item. Then he flakes and won't respond to calls or messages after winning the auction after talking a big game about all the guns he has and how he is personal friends with everyone at MB Retting.

I have had transactions with NR bidders go OK though. When I do list something it tends to be rare or desirable so I think some people doing searches end up being forced to register for GB or they miss out.

OP's request seems odd though, must be more to the story.

maybe he is a ChiCom dissident Freedom Fighter, thus can't go around opening GunBroker accounts with his ChiCom issued Credit Card.

                            I'll take this from here.

I'm not purchasing a firearm, just an upper receiver to match a lower receiver I purchased from a member in the MP here. secondly, I offered to pay for the item + 10% of its cost as a "thank you" + shipping. I've seen this done on other forums, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'll of course pay ahead of time which is why I asked for someone with feedback history.
nope, its still odd. why would you pay an extra $50 (assuming a $500 upper) for someone else to order the upper for you instead of just setting up your own gunbroker account.
