I was just trying to buy a 7" keymod rail on the site. Went to check out and they try to hit me for 28.17 for shipping. Turning the deal of 57.99 to a not so deal of 87 bucks. I tried to contact the company. Sent two emails and called and talked to someone who told me someone would call me back. No one ever did. Seems super shady to me. Has anyone else had a bad experience or been bent over on shipping by this company?

I bet the box weighs more then the handguards. What's the rail weigh like all of 7 ounces hahaha. Well what sucks is that I was going to use them for all my 9mm conversion parts. Now I don't want to use them at all. I was planning in spending a good amount of money. They had what seemed to be great parts for really good prices.

I've ordered from them before and never paid high shipping. Got a 7.5 inch barrel for a pistol build and it's worked out great. Had good customer service when I called as well. Hope it gets fixed...

It's their UPS gateway. We are having the same problem. People order three little parts and the shipping (which is calculated automatically) is like $30.

It's too bad they aren't responsive, that's not great customer service, but they probably aren't trying to deliberately rape you with shipping.

Im not sure how they calculate shipping. Isnt there some kind of parameters set by the company and inputed into their database? Either size or weight or distance? I buy online ALOT and its never much more then 10 bucks to have all assortments or gun parts from all over the country shipped to me, I happen to live in Vista as well.

I purchased a cheap, on sale .308 BCG from them......then I forgot about it. About 3 Weeks later I received a NiB .308 BCG from them with a note saying "Sorry about the wait.....the BCG's are backordered so we upgraded you to a NiB BCG at not cost."

I was trying to get the 9mm bolt for weeks. Went from oos, to back order. I sent an email to see if I could still buy an item on back order. Never got a response. So I signed up to receive an email when they are back in stock. Couple days later got the email, clicked on the link, showed out of stock. Fml
