So Cali guy to help finish 80% lower?

Gents,
I was wondering if anyone has the skills/tools/knowledge to help finish a 80% AR-15 lower? Looking to make it into a pistol, however my skills on a drill jig and tools available are pretty much nil. As long as I am present, I realize anyone can help me complete an 80%

If someone can help me out or refer me to someone, I'd be more than obliged and willing to pay for services via cash, beer, food, or other various goods.

Not really an urgent need, but sometime before the holidays.
