Just curious what do these mean one is 3/94 and other is 71/93? And are they corrosive? Thanks in advance

I need to see pictures of the rounds but the 1st number is the factory that it was made in and the 2nd number is the year it was made just a wild guess sounds like you have some Chinese ammo.
