Can someone tell me about the light/laser unit sitting on top of that guy's rail? Who makes them? What it has on it? Red laser? Green laser? IR?

I've seen them before but don't know much about them.

L84, if you're asking about the Marine that's a PEQ-16. Red visible laser with surefire light and IR functions. EOtech and Insight are the only two mfg's I've seen.

Currently, it is only available for sale to Gov/Mil agencies.

They show up every now on then on auction sites for around $2500-3000.
