Yet they wont go after intent for gun violence, but possession.
probably, current morass of laws makes everyone a felon, unrelated to guns. Didn't NY pass law that "annoying" a cop is a felony? And your dick in pants is constructive intent to rape.

this isn't the end, just a beginning. It's only time before more bottle-fed guns are discovered. If I understand correctly, CA can have AKs with hi cap magazines as long as tool used to remove magazine. Post ban mags are no go, so bottles should be well and illegal for all you comrades.

You will find many calguns members that agree with high cap mag bans. Sad.

more on the shottie from TFB:

In a new discovery that sent shock waves through twilight state (and municipality) continuum, beer bottles appear to be high capacity magazines.Observe these two shotguns, completely legal in Massachusetts, complete with 5 round magazines. Both shotguns heartily accept limited capacity of magazines, yet both can accept bigger capacity magazines (illegal if “post-ban”).… also one of those magazines looks like a soda bottle.

Careful ... you need to do more research.

                1. ^^^ Only if you owned them in CA prior to 2000 and used in a feature-less center-fired rifle. Using a hi-cap mag in a bullet buttoned AK creates an illegal Assault Weapon. No soup for you (just steel bars)

                2. Check and review the AW Flowchart at the top of the page.

Others will correct me if I'm mistaken, but that's the way I read the flowchart. Stay safe and out of jail .

NOW THE HIGH CAPACITY FOUNTAIN DRINK BAN MAKES SENSE.

Of course, for people that don't buy fountain drinks, it's no loss to them until they start going after high capacity bottles. Then next we'll have a ban on high capacity aluminum cans limiting them to 6 ounces. WHEN WILL IT STOP?!
