My neighbors are a bunch of savages. Just welfare getting, drug/pill selling, hud living, bangers. I cant wait for the day there tossed out on there scummy butts.
That said a little common courtesy and self governance go a long ways..

Well I wouldn't say put to death. But I agree that anyone who abuses the legal system or uses law enforcement as a tool of intimidation or harassment should be held accountable.
How about, they get put on a "do not pick up list" for 911. So you abuse the legal system and make false allegations, now the police won't answer your calls ever again.
