This was the first one I did. It was my practice case you could say. It came out "ok".

Keep in mind that all these cases needed new center foam. And the DD case needed custom center and bottom foam.

Where do you purchase the extra foam? I have Pelican that has cut outs for my R700's but would like to get some extra foam to cut for my AR's.

You can get the foam locally at your local foam supply. The easiest way to find a foam supply house is to ask your local seat upholsterers. They use the foam to make seats, they can get it for you.

You can easily do what I did and have a library of foam cut outs and only have a couple of cases. It saves a bunch of money. I have two matching pelican redgead cases that I just got lucky and ended up with.
