Not so smart *or stellar* Criminal saturday

Can that second thing even be considered a gun? Some .22 and two rounds of 9mm? lol

A secret staircase led to a room with TV surveillance of other parts of the house, guns, ammunition, illegal gambling machines and tools.

Marijuana plants were found Saturday night in the house's garage, though police say no evidence of a drug lab was found in the lair.

Daniel Marquez, 39, was arrested on three counts of felony child endangerment.

Kue Vang, 33, was booked on one count of gambling machines, two counts of filing down gun serial numbers and three counts of child endangerment.

Three men were arrested on various charges of child endangerment, illegal gambling machines and filing down gun serial numbers after officers found the secret lair on a domestic violence call.

      Right.
One loaded Marlin 60 .22 rifle, two bullets not for either gun, and one reciever with no stock, held together with electrical tape.

Remember I collect shotguns that come from the factory that way. I guess they saw off whatever they end up with. Would make more sense to do it on a 22 rifle that does not have a tube mag.

A sawed off .22lr? Now I've seen it all.

But how do they tame the incredible recoil of the .22?!!!!

Even better is a single shot sawn off 22 rifle. The Marlin 60 appears to be missing it's inner magazine tube.

                      Very common gun.

Sawed as short as they can get, usually.

Where do the child endangerment charges stem from ?

and that's good enough for the current administration when counting "children" crossing our border.
