Trying to decide between the two -
On one hand I.O. has REALLY picked up their quality. I hear nothing but great things about their rifles made 2014 and later, and the lacquered wood on the io looks very cool.
On the other the NPAP is pretty solid and has a good reputation, but doesn't have a chrome lined barrel. Does the IO?
