AICS CIP length mag, 338 lapua

So, I've google searched what CIP stands for on the net. I can't find a description for the abbreviation. I know it allows for longer COAL. Can anybody here solve this minute detail? I know it's not a biggie but my OCD is in over drive.

Thank you sir. I totally was not expecting that. Thought more along the line of an aftermarket manufacturer.
