I came across this when looking for a jig and frame of the 10/22 variation. Everything looks good until you read that all the products, including the jig, must be shipped to an FFL. WTF? Do they want to lose business and go bankrupt? Please advise.

Fair chance that disclaimer goes on anything that is a receiver or that, even 80% versions. E commerce platforms do not know any difference and apply it by default. Or they simply did a c/p of what is on the completed product, not realizing it would not apply to this one.
I would email/call them to verify that they do not require it to be sent to an FFL. If they say you do, then my advice is to dump them and buy from somebody else."Fight like you're the third monkey trying to get on Noah's Ark...".
The only thing that matters is rallying our cause to fight the enemy relentlessly, indifferent to the outcome of any particular battle
