I've never heard of Jordanian surplus 7.62x51. If it is from Jordan it was probably made in another country and sold to them. Do you know what the headstamp looks like?

It ended up being Syrian.

Syrian is much worse than the mid '70's Indian surplus ammo and only a little worse than the late '90's early '00's Indian salvage ammo.
