1911 gunsmith needed

Would be great to know a gunsmith in the South Bay area that's does polishing. I need some parts polished, any one know of a good gunsmith?

Does great for polishing. Now if you need to actually remove material, then not so much.

Are you talking about external polish for looks? Or internal polishing for function? Because there isn't a big (if any) functional benefit in internal polishing. Any small benefits from internal polishing, like smoother feel, will come naturally from shooting it more. If you're talking about a trigger job, then yes you need a good 1911 smith.

Just look at youtube videos with complete 1911 tear downs.

Easy work once you learn.
