    Ares Armor

Does anyone know what's up with Ares Armor?

    What happened to Dimitri Karras?
I liked the way he ran things and his attitude, that's why I bought things from them. Now it sounds like it is just like any other "Gun Parts" store.

Dimitri is still with the company. the release was poorly worded. the acquisition was finalized the 1st of December. We waited to show that there wouldnt be any disruptions during the acquisition. another statement will follow from Dimitri shortly. nothing has changed other than ownership.

Well, the ownership is a BIG deal.

            Yes it is.

Dimitri seems to be putting together plans of public disobedience, and doesn't want to put that business in jeopardy. So, he has separated himself from the ownership of the company. What he doesn't own, the government can't take.

If he is going to push as hard as some think he will, it was a very good choice.

It makes sense from a business standpoint when he finally brings out the Big Guns (i.e. dioramas, acrylic paint, and paper mache).

Dimitri, donned with a cape and armed with neon sign and sharpie, is off attempting to slay dragons in their lair (which apparently is in Indiana).

And I thought he was no longer employed by Ares.

Didn't 'streamlining processes' get you in some trouble?

                              Neon signs? That escalated quickly.

What's the stance of the new Ares in regards to Dimitri's stance? I saw the part about fighting for constitutional rights, but it read like, "we back him in his endeavor to wear capes and display neon signs." Fighting to get a rule (that was broken) thrown out to avoid the legal repercussions that com from breaking those rules. Is it Ares' stance that constitutionally, there should be no 80% rule? And will the new Ares comply with the rules that are already in place?

Just my own experience... I know of a number of guys that like the products from Ares, but they're discouraged by the antics of the caped one. Is there anything that you guys can clarify in regards to the subject?
