What's your experience w/Buffalo bore 357

Have 160gr JSP now, but considering 180gr HC.

Fishing season is almost upon us, thinking maybe trying some of these for those river & creek fishing trips where Bears are know to be, in a carry piece 4".

Have you used these, & what do you think ? Are they worth it, or just stick with what I have now.

BB makes excellent high power rounds...used a few in .38 and .44 and was impressed. Go for it.

I usually buy the 158gr hard cast Keith in .38 +P
It has good power to it.
Shoots great out of my SP-101.
The hard cast .357 should do just fine for you.

I love BB for my 4" S&W 686. I use it for the exact same reason you are looking at it. If you want some real fun, fire off a couple rounds at night.

You might also try Underwood.
It has a good reputation too.

I'd gun/caliber up for bear or go with a buddy who runs slower than you do.

Beaucoup bears = good fishing area
