If you are CCing, any alcohol voids the permit, you are also unable to carry in any place of business that makes more than 50% of its profits from selling alcohol. thats for CA

          Citation Please?

Sometimes the law defends plunder and participates in it. Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim -- when he defends himself -- as a criminal. Bastiat

I don't recall seeing anything either, at least in the firearms related PC. It might however be hidden in some other code.

I will say that I do carry while drinking, but that is because I don't get drunk. But if I get to a point where I feel I can't safely use...whether it be a gun or a car I will not use it. I will still carry...but I won't use it. After all, I may be drunk, but it can still deter a criminal. An armed drunk is still armed.
Nothing to see here. . . Move along.
