How many have been in this kind of situation and if you have not what do you think is a situation to use lethal force of course the obvious life/death and home intrusion but what else and would you stay or leave after if no one was around?

I'm training to be PD right now just want to see what people are thinking and in reality if no one was around would you start or leave and never tell anyone about what happened before I was going to school to be PD I honestly would have just left and as far as a ccw goes I always felt if you carry you don't need a permit honestly it's so the gov't can make extra money how many people do you pass every day that have a gun with or without a permit its life and its guna happen regardless permit or not I'm guna carry and if I had to use prior to this I'm gone because I'm not going to jail and having my gun taken from me because Joe Blow wanted to rob me and he got shot in the process of his wrong choiceComment

The most important tool you will have as a police officer/security operator will be your words and ability to use them properly to defuse a situation. You have even more burden to carry than say a CCW holder or citizen who does not need to put them self in such volatile situations.
I believe one issue alot of police officers are facing today is a lack of "enhanced" training in regards to deescalation. Use of deadly force is almost a "default" option similar to the wild wild west days. Thats a big no no with social media/ the internet. Cameras everywhere and big brother is watching.Using TapatalkComment

Not to be a smart mouth, but I hope the PD training includes the proper use of punctuation in the English language.I'm training to be PD right now just want to see what people are thinking and in reality if no one was around would you start or leave and never tell anyone about what happened before I was going to school to be PD I honestly would have just left and as far as a ccw goes I always felt if you carry you don't need a permit honestly it's so the gov't can make extra money how many people do you pass every day that have a gun with or without a permit its life and its guna happen regardless permit or not I'm guna carry and if I had to use prior to this I'm gone because I'm not going to jail and having my gun taken from me because Joe Blow wanted to rob me and he got shot in the process of his wrong choice

Well fortunately the Auto Correct on all my weapon are working fine.
So let me see if I understand your statements.
So you grew up on the other side of the law thinking the laws didn't apply to you and breaking them because you felt you should. Now you are training to get a job forcing other people to follow those same laws.

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

Anyone involved in a sd shooting and just leaves without telling is an idiot, what happens if it does get brought back to you? Would look awefully suspicious and there's really no good way to explain not reporting it, I forgot or didn't think it was a big deal would cut it lolComment

Perhaps you might consider posting from a device with a Real Browser (TM) and a Real Keyboard (TM).
'Stream of consciousness' posts are difficult to read, and as you see, the form calls attention away from the content.ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page
Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!Comment

WOW! Quite a lot of poor logical thinking being shown by a person supposedly soon to be tasked with enforcing the Law.I'm training to be PD right now just want to see what people are thinking and in reality if no one was around would you start or leave and never tell anyone about what happened before I was going to school to be PD I honestly would have just left and as far as a ccw goes I always felt if you carry you don't need a permit honestly it's so the gov't can make extra money how many people do you pass every day that have a gun with or without a permit its life and its guna happen regardless permit or not I'm guna carry and if I had to use prior to this I'm gone because I'm not going to jail and having my gun taken from me because Joe Blow wanted to rob me and he got shot in the process of his wrong choice
It also matters NOT what random people on the web think they would do in any given situation and your PD training SHOULD include what is in fact the "correct" way to handle things.Comment
