New training 'simunition' conversion

Interesting vid. I wonder if with the conversion, will the 'training tool' still fall under the category of a firearm and still be restricted to evil kommunist laws i.e bb's and handicap mags.

the training tool uses a standard firearm receiver and is still considered a firearm. they do use an explosion to propel a projectile. magazines are standard magazines so LCM mag rules apply.
