Funny thing is I started remodeling a kitchen in that neighborhood about 8 months ago. 2 hours into it, still prepping the area, we heard gunshots at the gas station just across the street. Long story short; once the cops showed up and taped off the crime scene & closed off the street, we packed up and got out.
