Compensation??? I do not think she'll get dirt. I also think that parents should be held responsible for the harm and expenses that their under age children cause. In this case, mama needs to come up with the medical cost of taking care of this scum bag or he picks up trash (in chains)on the side of the free way for the next 30 years.
