I have a Swan Rail I would like to restore to it's original finish. It's been painted several times. I'm planning on using Jasco Paint Stripper. Will this harm the base black? Any other options? Brake fluid?
I hit it with carb cleaner to no avail. I want to avoid scrubbing.
