I bought a mid-length 16" piston upper from these guys over half a month ago, called / emailed, and have not gotten a single update or tidbit of information as to where my order is at this point.
I hate being pushy, but I do hold companies to their quoted times (ie. 5 days processing before shipment).
I was about to shrug it off, and ran into 10 other people that have placed orders over a month ago and have not gotten as much as an apology email.
I don't want to discount a company with such a great track record, but good god, send me my damn upper.
Anyone have a suggestion as to speeding this up?
