Did anyone buy a vepr 12 from classic firearms recently? Was it fixed stock?

So I'm having some drama with my order at the moment. I Ordered a fixed straight tubular stock vepr 12 from classic sometime in January. It's been hung up with my FFL because of damage during shipping. Long story short, we opened the box today and found a folding stock version (welded open of course). So when I ordered, I was under the assumption that I would get something similar to a standard ak trunion. I even bought a stock expecting this. I went to look at the description and it's slightly different now.

Did anyone else buy a vepr 12 from classic? Which one did you get??

I don't usually see much regarding the V12 in this subforum or the shotgun subforum for that matter. I wouldn't say that the shotgun subforum gets heavy traffic on calguns. Try the V12 subforum over at vepr.org.

I don't think they make a fixed tubular stock vepr 12. The tubular stock is the folding version, which is welded open for shipping to California.
        my Benitez goes to 11
