Mauser c96 help

Hey y'all,
I recently got a Mauser c96 bolo that was converted to 9mm by mentor arms. I've been having issues with the hammer releasing when the trigger is pulled. If I pull forward on the upper receiver it will release fine though.
Thus I can't figure out what part is the specific issue. If anyone has any ideas or any gunsmiths to take it to, please help! I'm located in Sacramento.

If you pull forward on the upper, the sear will release?

Sounds like it needs all the springs swapped out for new ones. I believe Wolff makes a kit.
