What's up guys and gals?
I've been wanting to buy a Glock 17/19 for a while now. But I know i should practice and train with what I have. At the moment I own hk45c, colt 1911, sig 229 9mm and ruger gp100. I kinda think a glock would round out my collection nicely. What do you guys think? A Glock or some ammo/training?

I currently own about 15 handguns. I can say with complete honesty the Glock was my biggest waste of money. Hasn't been out of the safe in 10 years or more.

Look, I am. Glock guy, as much as I am a Sig or HK guy; but do yourself a favor.. Invest that money into ammo and training. It'll do so much more for you than another gun, despite how tempting it is to grow the collection.

I think you should get training. Too msny of us get in the buy more mindset. But if you had to get one get a g26. The 17's and 19's require pre ban mags, rebuilt pre bans or blocked standard cap mags to trust your life to.
