Medical Societies Sue Kennedy and H.H.S. Over COVID Vaccine Advice

From The New York Times... Medical Societies Sue Kennedy and H.H.S. Over Vaccine Advice

Six leading medical organizations filed a lawsuit on Monday against Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the health secretary, and the federal Department of Health and Human Services, charging that recent decisions limiting access to vaccines were unscientific and harmful to the public.

The suit, filed in federal court in western Massachusetts, seeks to restore Covid vaccines to the list of recommended immunizations for healthy children and pregnant women.

Mr. Kennedy has been on a “decades-long mission” to undermine vaccines and to portray them as more dangerous than the illnesses they are designed to prevent, said Richard H. Hughes IV, a lawyer who teaches vaccine law at George Washington University and is leading the effort.

“The secretary’s intentions are clear,” Mr. Hughes said: “He aims to destroy vaccines.”

The H.H.S. did not immediately respond to a request for comment...

Mr. Kennedy’s decision “didn’t follow the normal process,” Dr. Benjamin added.

Normally, scientific advisers to the C.D.C. would debate the research and make recommendations to the agency’s director. Mr. Kennedy made the announcement without consulting C.D.C. staff or its independent advisers.

The secretary and his associates have also ignored statements from professional organizations, Dr. Benjamin said.

“This is not a group that follows advice, it’s not a group that responds to political pressure, but so far, they respond to legal pressure,” he added.

Although the lawsuit focuses on access to Covid vaccines — the only recommendation for which the plaintiffs believed they were able to demonstrate harm — more vaccine decisions may be added...
    Here is... The Lawsuit.

If the above piece doesn't come up for you at the link, here's a posting from ABC News... Medical groups sue HHS, RFK Jr. over 'unlawful' vaccine changes

Several major medical organizations filed a lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Monday over what they are calling "unlawful, unilateral vaccine changes."

The six groups -- including the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American College of Physicians (ACP) and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM) -- as well as a pregnant woman filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

The organizations, representing pediatricians, infectious disease physicians and public health professionals, accused the HHS and Kennedy of intentionally taking away vaccines, such as the COVID-19 vaccine, and unjustly replacing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) entire vaccine advisory panel.

The lawsuit seeks preliminary and permanent injunctions to enjoin Kennedy's new COVID vaccine recommendations and a declaratory judgment pronouncing the change as unlawful...

you can bet those "six groups" are fronts for big Pharma, as well as fully on board with Big Pharma going behind your back to bribe your doctor to give you vaxx, whether you need it or not.

But it is a bit troubling to have somewhat kooky non-doctor like RFKjr calling shots(pardon pun).

I related news, RFKjr's FDA just gave full approval for Moderna covid vaxx for 6 month old babies. One of the biggies that came out during Vaxx Madness was children are at no risk of Covid death, and at worse they get a common cold, but they are at great risk of Vaxx. Suddenly we became a society that puts children at risk for sake of elderly.

That would be Health and Human Services.

I share Kennedy’s skepticism. There is an upside and a downside to each and every vaccine. One must weight the risks and benefits at the individual level for each and every vaccine. At the height of the covid outbreak (and hysteria) the known risks of the experimental messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccine clearly outweighed the risk of getting covid itself.

The “tell” that there was something dreadfully wrong with the covid mRNA vaccine was in the obvious gas lighting, deception, censorship and propaganda campaign waged by big-pharma and government. It was so blatant.

Correct! It is an experimental messenger RNA therapeutic, not a vaccine unless you accept the CDC’s changing of the definition of vaccine for Covid propaganda purposes. I try to use correct language but I slipped up and used the false language of the enemy in this instance. I beg for forgiveness!

personally, having a peripheral involvement in the development of the mRNA vaccine, I can tell you there’s quite a bit wrong with it. Unfortunately, I’m not a porn star so I can’t violate my NDA and get away with it.

Well, I won’t ask you to tell more here but thankfully, there were plenty of competent people sounding the alarm over issues with the mRNA therapy to warrant very close scrutiny. Thankfully, both my wife and I decided to pass on it after considering all of the information available at the time. As it turns out, all the new information on safety of the jab that came out later only got worse and worse making our decision not to partake, a prescient one.

Way too many people gave in to the fear theater, didn’t do any of their own research or just wanted to go along to get along and are now paying a heavily price.

I didn't do a whole lot of research on the vaccine. I just asked some common sense questions, like "why was it ready so quickly" or "why was the testing phase so short" or "what are the long term effects" or "how effective was it" and most importantly "what were we trying to prevent."

I'm glad this is one time my paranoia paid off. Then again, it's not paranoia if it's true.

Bingo! It’s seemingly simple questions like those people just did’t ask; the last question probably being the most important. Good for you for making your own decision after asking questions.

If you ask the following question in Google... What's wrong with mRNA vaccines?... the AI comes back with...

Addressing concerns and risks associated with mRNA vaccines

While mRNA vaccines have demonstrated significant effectiveness against diseases like COVID-19, like any medical intervention, there are also potential drawbacks and concerns. These include:
                          • Side Effects: The most common side effects are typically mild and temporary, such as soreness or swelling at the injection site, fatigue, headache, muscle pain, and fever. Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) are rare but possible and can be life-threatening.
                          • Heart Inflammation: Myocarditis and pericarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle or lining) have been reported in rare cases after mRNA vaccination, especially in young men after the second dose. However, the risk of heart inflammation from COVID-19 infection is considered higher than from vaccination. Cases of vaccine-associated myocarditis have decreased since the initial rollout, possibly due to longer intervals between doses.
                          • Toxicity Risks: According to scientists with Moderna in a paper published in Nature Reviews Drug Discovery, the technology used in mRNA vaccines carries toxicity risks. They suggest that potential toxicities associated with mRNA technology and PEGylated lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) need further investigation.
                          • Potential for Autoimmune and Inflammatory Conditions: Some researchers hypothesize that in individuals susceptible to certain genetic or physiological factors, sustained presence of the synthetic mRNA in the cytoplasm may activate immune responses that, if unregulated, could lead to autoinflammatory and autoimmune conditions. This is an area requiring further investigation and controlled studies to better understand the potential long-term effects of mRNA vaccines.
                          • Impact of Transposable Elements (TEs): The sustained presence of synthetic mRNA may also deregulate and activate endogenous transposable elements (TEs), which can lead to reverse transcription of some mRNA copies and, potentially, insertional mutagenesis that can disrupt coding regions or increase the risk of mutations in tumor suppressor genes, leading to sustained DNA damage.
                          • Concerns about Long-Term Effects: Some argue that mRNA technology is still relatively new, and more time is needed to fully understand potential long-term effects. For example, the persistence of mRNA and its encoded protein in the body for weeks after vaccination has led to speculation about sustained inflammation and a persistent anti-viral cellular state.
                          • Genetic Susceptibility: It's hypothesized that individuals with certain genetic predispositions, such as polymorphisms in the TREX1 gene, may be more susceptible to adverse effects like myocarditis after mRNA COVID-19 vaccination.
                          • Storage and Transport Challenges: mRNA vaccines require storage at ultra-cold temperatures, which can make their distribution and accessibility difficult, especially in low-income countries.
It's important to note that many of these concerns are still under investigation, and ongoing research aims to better understand and address them. Scientists and public health organizations continue to monitor vaccine safety and efficacy to ensure that the benefits outweigh the risks for the general population.
A number of those 'concerns' used to be addressed with the normal timetable involved in the development of a true vaccine.

Likewise, note the number of times 'rare' is used to describe side effects, risks, etc. At what point does a combination of 'rare' events become a 'pattern' of events?

This was my biggest problem. Too many shortcuts left too many unanswered (or effectively unanswered) questions and as more emerges, along with the continuing 'still under investigation,' it becomes patently obvious that not enough was or is truly known, yet, for it to have been released, let alone mandated, as a true vaccine.

I’ve been working in pharma development almost 20 years. I’ve seen some valuable medications come to market. At the time when I contributed to the “vaccine” we were still hopeful it would be a vaccine. By the time some doses were available to me, it was clear it was all snake oil. I took a pass.

my kids were awfully angry with me that I wouldn’t let them get the jab, they figured if the Dr on TV and all over the internet’s said it was safe, they were fine and they just wanted to play with their friends. Today my kids understand I made my difficult decision out of love and they are grateful to be pureblood.
