Kooks proven correct: Venting killed people, not "Covid".

I'd bet a little more digging would reveal countless attention seeking hypochondriacs were successful in getting money seeking hospital admin staff to put them on Vents without any real medical reason, and killed them. Covid gets hyped on TV, idiots go to hospital and tell everyone "I can't breath" etc.

I'm wondering what is shielding everyone from Malpractice, including the beyond the $250K limits. Is it if its "Standard of Care" then everyone is protected? I hear the $250K (IIRC) limit doesn't apply if someone did something they knew was messed up, and I'd think the incentives for killing people with Vents would be just that.

Seems like would be an easy case:

"You knew there was risk of Vent use?" Yes
"Can you show us why it was medically indicated?" Not really, everyone was doing it, we were just "following orders".
"Did they mention the $30,000+ bonus in the same conversation as when putting the victims on Vents?" Yes, many times.

Remember how Trump was making a big deal of how he got ventilators to some of the hospitals? How did that work out? 🤣🤣🤣

I dunno. Reading the "Major Clinical Study" ( in-house study from one hospital) report didn't present anything shocking-longer on a machine increases chances of infection.
From the report: "CONCLUSIONS. Unsuccessful treatment of VAP is associated with higher mortality. The relatively long LOS for patients with COVID-19 was primarily due to prolonged respiratory failure, placing them at higher risk of VAP ."

Where's ASR when you need him?

That's why I take all his bloviating about Ukraine with a huge grain of salt. The guy puts his brain on the shelf when it counts, mostly loves listening to himself and his adoring followers.

            Here's a meme featuring ASR

He could only go with Fauci/CDC’s recommendation. He couldn’t just say they were wrong and tell the hospital to do something else. He did everything CDC wanted, and more. He simply didn’t know Fauci was a swamp creature and was in cahoots with the democrats hell bent on shutting down the world’s economy.

Trump was too naive and too trusting the first time around.

That is all true, but ignorance is still no excuse. I can only imagine that if Poopy Pants Biden had been in charge during that time, things would have been worse, much much worse. Hopefully this time he won’t repeat that dog crap. I trust he will be better. But still no excuses for first timers.

When Covid became an issue, Trump appointed Michael Pence as the "Covid 19 Czar", in charge of everything related to Covid, including appointing Deborah Birx and Fauci.

It is easy to armchair this thing in later years, but Trump at the time had to trust Pence and Birx/Fauci; he wasn't a scientist or doctor, and Pence was anxious to head this team, and especially Birx had carte blanche to do all sorts of nasty sh*t. In particular, Trump wanted the lockdowns and restrictions to end early on, but Pence, Birx and Fauci convinced him otherwise. The White House at the time was in utter chaos with leaks and backstabbing, and with a re-election campaign, riots in the streets, states breaking election laws, etc., 2020 was a very tough year for Trump. And he learned from that experience.

This story by 'The People's Voice' only serves one purpose. To further the OMB about Trump because now they can try to back blame him for following what the CDC, NIH, WHO and people like Fauci were telling him what needed to be done. The man took the best 'intelligence' that we had at the time and put people to work to try and solve the perceived 'pandemic' to try to prevent more death than would normally have happened.

Keep in mind that this virus was being spread through convalescent facilities and elderly assisted living facilities, and most of the people who ended up on ventilators were already weak and/or going to die from C-19 anyway. Did the ventilators help or did they make it worse, I don't think there is an answer to that question because those people with no ventilator may have drown in their own mucus without assisted breathing machines as well. People died from a disease, that's all.

You are correct that he was not entirely to blame. However, as the leader of the free world, when things go to **** he has to take a big bite of the crap sandwich. He brought Pence to the WH, he stood up at the press conferences with Fauchi, Birx, and Pence. He let them make decisions. Better than anything Biden or Kamala would have done, but HE still let them. Sometimes politicians must take hits, even though not everyone thinks they deserve it. Just how it is.
Those decisions as we all know turned out to be disastrous for many.

The largest study ever conducted for Covid mRNA "vaccines" has confirmed that the injections have caused an alarming surge in heart failure and other deadly adverse events.
