In the complete silence of our media, a court is taking place in Liège, deciding on the criminal complaint against Ursula von der Leyen for her corrupt behavior in the purchase of mRNA vaccines for tens of billions of EUR from Pfizer.
>It is noteworthy that Mrs. Ursula allegedly accidentally deleted the hundreds of text messages that the head of the EC exchanged with Albert Bourla (the head of Pfizer) and her husband Heiko von der Leyen, who for a change is the director of Orgensis (contractual partner of Pfizer). Apparently her husband and Bourla also deleted them by mistake because no one ever saw them.
>The European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) subsequently wanted to take the whole case under its wing, with the evident intention of sweeping the matter under the carpet.
>However, on 17/05/2024, the Liège court decided that the case belongs to its jurisdiction and excluded the EPPO from the proceedings.
>The next stop was thus supposed to take place on 5 December 2024. However, this was canceled because just before it, the European Public Prosecutor's Office sent its statement to the court, in which it claims that Ursula von der Leyen cannot be prosecuted, as her immunity also applies to her possible corrupt actions.
>The European Prosecutor's office, which is supposed to ensure that corruption does not occur in the EU, actually claims that Ursula can take bribes of any amount without any problems, because she is protected by immunity!!!
>The court was supposed to rule on this objection yesterday. However, information about whether and how he made his decision has not yet appeared in the public domain.
The whole thing perfectly illustrates how things work in EU structures - they are interconnected, corrupt, rotten institutions.
