tyranny of the unvaccinatedfiring people who protested institutional vaccine mandates on social media and denouncing the unvaccinated for ongoing virus restrictions and Covid deaths. Our neighbour, Austria, even went so far as to impose a specific lockdown on those who refused the Covid vaccines. Culturally and politically, those were the darkest months I have ever lived through; they changed my life forever and I will never forget them.

IIRC most of the Euro stuff is 'incitement to hate' or 'hurt feelings'. Reminding people of what Govt was saying last year can be a crime because the Govt has read your mind and decided you are doing it to incite hate.

Not surprisingly, that is same tactic ADL is using against anti-Israel demonstrations on campus. Its not what someone does, its how someone claims they feel about what someone says.

Claims of hurt feels trump 1st amend and a few others.
