hospital jobs are still demanding "fully Vaxxed" (SMH)

Even non-medical but "would be around people inside the hospital" like security, construction, engineering, janitors, etc.

That tells me that they don't know WTF they are doing, medically speaking, and/or aren't run by "medical professionals" but likely some lawyer, either way its not good. Friend of friend was involved in some politics about some lawyer being Big Boss CEO or something of El Camino Hospital in Mtv View years ago.

Amazingly, when you "touch grass" and get out in the real world, a YUGE % of people are still Sleep Walking about Vaxx, and I'd guess over 1/2 of all people view Vaxx as "you have to get it" like car insurance and only outlaw screw balls wouldn't be Vaxxed.

Nice start but its full of loop holes that could be exploited by criminally insane HR vaxx-Nazis. Says you can't "deny based SOLELY on Vaxx status", but doesn't make it a big crime to ASK, and anyone who doesn't eagerly produce Vaxx Passport can assumed to be unVaxxed.
Also only addresses "Emergency Use Authorization" and IIRC Vaxx was somehow taken off that, but still not really tested.
Also only talks about "entry or services", not "Employment".
I'd say a good First Step would be prohibit any State or State funded local Govt from doing any business with any Vaxx Askers(vaxx-axers). Boss or HR axes you about Vaxx, you report them and that Biz goes on State's Skeetles-List until they are cleared and re-educated.

But NOT seeing any Vaxx mentioned on Indeed ads for hospital jobs in Miami, so maybe its handled. If a Big State with frisky residents, AKA the legendary "Florida Man", can do without some regulation about a supposedly contagious disease inside hospitals (famous for being hotbeds of germ spreading, no matter what they do), what does that tell you? It ain't like some "concerned medical professionals" from some big name organization in CA can make a logical science based case that FL should do anything different, or it would be on every big TV talk show, and every Snow Bird in FL would be flapping wings and squawking, as would their adult children.

It's not just jobs at hospitals. It's why there is a lawsuit related to the L.A. Schools where a panel just said that the argument can be plausibly made that the so-called 'vaccines' are more akin to a 'treatment' than an actual vaccine. It's something I've seen happening in long-term care facilities, whether you're in there for long-term care or rehabilitation, where 'games' are being played to 'force' boosters on residents who are no longer mentally able to make their own decisions vis a vis healthcare. In short, it has to do with a continuation of 'mandates' which, arguably, shouldn't have been allowed even under the EUA.

The end of the state's Covid-19 state of emergency this month effectively ends plans to require kids to be vaccinated against the virus.

this seems to say Vaxx was never quite mandated for school kids in CA. Was it ever a requirement for schools like it was for colleges?

Here in Utah, it wasn't required for public school kids or teachers. But for some ridiculous reason WAS required in most universities, including public universities. Really weird and unfortunate.

Actually, it is far more complicated than that. In many respects, the Judiciary, including SCOTUS, tried to steer clear of any involvement and many lower courts 'politically' backed Governors and Legislatures, not to mention having their own concerns related to court operations, creating real schisms.

The bottom line is that simply declaring it to be "easily defeatable" is a misnomer. Look at what is still going on now, where a lawsuit in Los Angeles had to be appealed to a 9th Circuit Panel to be able to continue. That lawsuit is making the same argument I made on this site 3 years ago. (see above) Yet, here we are, still having to go through appellate procedures just for the case to be allowed to proceed.

If you, personally, have the time and financial/legal resources to pursue things through the court system, be my guest. But, don't just assume and disparage based on the idea of people being 'lazy' and not wanting to 'spend money.'

if its easy, shouldn't some "Group" maybe unofficially church related get together and hire a lawyer to do a State Wide Ruling case?

I'm guessing you haven't been in front of a judge lately. Biased DEI hires everywhere who don't give a crap what you have to say. Experience talking
