I guess I've been out of the loop in keeping up with the lab leak investigation.
The house committee doing the investigation has turned up some pretty damning info, but a team of volunteer researches has done the lions share of the work.
Someone got around the internal blockade at NIAID and FOIA the DEFUSE research grant request to fund corona virus research, and it reveals a lot.
Fauci, Collins, Barac, Dazak, zengli and Hu were all working together on this research, but an effort was undertaken by one of Fauci's underlings to delete emails and government records related to the DEFUSE grant. David Morens was before Congress recently and he bragged about deleting federal records and emails to cover up any evidence of the lab leak, but that might not matter at this point, since researchers have stitched together evidence of the furin cleavage site and it's placement, and other evidence of enzymes requested by research facilities and how segments of the virus were connected.
The evidence of this escaping a lab is overwhelming at this point, like the fact that the furin cleavage site is only found in feline viruses in nature.
