agree, it ain't like Pfizer didn't see this coming from lightyears away, so they "structured" everything so it was really ELECTED OFFICIALS doing everything "real". Pfizer Execs were only doing a few Pressers and even then they were vague.

FAUCI was telling everyone "100%!!!!" but even he was only "advice" and except for passing out funds Fauci is on exactly zero "chain of command" structures.

He ANNOUNCED the deadly Remdesivir was "standard of care" but AFAIK had exactly zero authority to do so, but somehow that gave every hospital admin cover to parrot that dictate.

What I keep seeing is epic Sleight of Hand where sudden County Health Officers "....or any other action they deed needed." makes they instant total dictators and Constitution is null and void.

IMO its been a long time defect that Judges are able to imprison people for (mostly mental) medical issues without any legal framework. This should've been addressed and some Constitutional legal framework erected, probably involving some right to both have a jury trial and bring in own doctors or other opinions, and a lot of "OK, if you say THIS guy, WTF about everyone else??? Lets make....the mayor and Chief of Police PROVE their sanity to same degree.".
