Need help finding the emergency use authorization PDF

I know I read it here before but I can?t seem to find it can someone give me a link to the emergency use authorization PDF. I?m looking for the PDF itself not talking about it though please

Thank you but sorry that?s not it. It?s the original release from the government it is in PDF form and it?s like 128 pages to 132 pages. All the links that I had saved or no longer there they say the page not exist I did read it before I just need to get a tick or a quote from it and all those new ones from the FDA in the CDC don?t represent the original either way and it?s wording

I know it was here in the Covid section I read it before I just didn?t save the actual PDF I just save links and that was my mistake can someone provide the actual PDF itself?

Which EUA are you looking for? There have been quite a few posts regarding EUA's over the last 3+ years and simply citing the approximate page count doesn't narrow it down much as most people and sites don't go by that.

Here's the FDA's List of EUA's related to COVID and you can see that it runs into quite a number of pages.

Vaccines (which one)? Boosters (which one)? Medications (which one)? Tests (which one)? Medical Devices (which one)? Guidance (and for who/what)?

Again, what, exactly, are you looking for by way of an EUA?

I actually want the page which I think was page 79 that talked about how with the emergency use authorization it Hass to be voluntary and the fact that they have to allow religious exemptions. When I do my searches I find revisions but I?m looking for the original words and statements from the PDF itself.

You might want to take note of the portion I quoted from the only link in the first quote in that post...

For the reasons set forth above, we conclude that section 564 of the FDCA does not prohibit public or private entities from imposing vaccination requirements, even when the only vaccines available are those authorized under EUAs.

In other words, be careful. Remember, many of the EUA's have been 'updated' and there are various understandings and interpretations; so much so that many of the documents have been 'archived' at FDA.

I read that but DOJ doesn?t get to circumvent federal law and that?s their argument I had with my friend because it clearly states that an original PUA explains with the liars explains how they could use it for vaccines how it works for the public how it works for everything.

The other beautiful thing about any of that dog crap is the EUa ended so they have no authority to do crap.

And it takes an act of Congress to start emergency use authorization again and I have a gut feeling that that won?t fly this time around
