how does fast food explain excess deaths? we've always had fast food. it only decides to kill people who took the vaccine?

we have a vaccine that everyone had to take or they were unpersoned and fired, which has been all but proven to be behind the excess deaths due to heart injury and blood clots. and now a bunch of people who do not fit the profile of being prone to heart disease are getting heart attacks and dropping dead from heart and blood clot related illnesses. i understand there may be outliers consisting of genetic predispositions, drug abuse, and other factors, but the sheer number and prevalence in such a short period of time is absolutely undeniable.
