I had it really bad end of 2021 into 2022 - three months bad... ER, super low blood/oxygen level for extended period bad... didn't feel near 'normal' for six months...

Never did I expect society to shut down over it. Or other people to do anything specific because of it.

Hopefully yours doesn't get as bad (probably wont).

I monitor my blood/oxygen but my pulse rate is in the bradycardia range to often (in the 40's or lower). Try to stay active to boost it up a bit.

I'll be fine although it does put off my scheduled surgery for the occluded femoral arteries.

Glad you are feeling better, you had a long haul.

One more thing that won't be checked at the southern border.... no health checks at all from what I see today watching Gate 42 in Texas. I see porta potties and a clothes pile. They've been processing groups through all day, mostly from Venezuela and Colombia at his section of gates.
