She describes her expulsion from the Dem tribe for her crime of using truth and reality to question The Narrative. This would be a good lesson for the few on the Left who might be susceptible to reason, but of course most on that side will just close their eyes, jam their fingers in their ears, and shout "La la la la la!".

The article is about how when Naomi Wolf realized the lies and propaganda about Covid and how the vaccine was actually toxic to women and messing up their cycles, the leftist media completely blockaded her message. In contrast, Carlson had her on his show to get her message out.

It's a good article and worth a read... she goes in depth into journalists these days not caring flip-all for the truth... only for pushing the narrative... how unquestioned LOYALTY now counts for more than unquestionable INTEGRITY. She cites Carlson as a notable exception. While recognizing there is much in the world of opinion they may disagree on, they both share a passion and dedication to uncovering and sharing actual truth.

The left has gone so ultra-woke that it's shocking many former lefties into realizing they've been fed a stream of hogwash for years... and they're not happy about it. Voices like Ms. Naomi Wolf are helping to spread that dawning realization. Those voices deserve to be heard and can help divert our nation from the cliff it seems headed for, if we work with them where we can.

I respect Carlson as a journalist but that giggle of his makes me cringe. I hope his voice continues to be heard.

Dr. Naomi Wolf was a minor star of the Left as long as she touted the party line, but then was jettisoned when she took exception to a goodly piece of The Narrative. Such happens to whomever doesn't support The Team in all aspects. No deviations tolerated, zieg heil!

I remember a similar incident that took place maybe forty years ago here in Kaliforniastan (cut me some slack for decay memory in what follows, I have not been able to now identify the woman involved and confirm the facts of this old case). A young teacher active in the Dem Party was second generation Latina, spoke English well without a Spanish accent, spoke fluent Spanish (without an American accent, as far as I could tell), was slim of figure and very pretty, and (the topper) was a confessed lesbian. I mean, wow, could you picture a better candidate for leftist political stardom?

And yet she was drummed out of the Party. Her transgression? She maintained that dual language instruction for Spanish speaking child immigrants was a waste, and total English immersion was the only way to go. She wouldn't shut up about this, and so was cancelled, far in advance of its current popularity. Here's the kicker. As she was cut off from her former world, she got a condolence call from, guess who, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, a well known conservative who did not condone homosexuality. Dr. Laura told her that though she (Schlessinger) did not approve of the teacher's sexual orientation, she was still a worthwhile person who deserved better treatment than what was happening. Dr. Laura further told her (para), "Be prepared, you are going to lose all of your friends. But they aren't really your friends, only your political acquaintances. It will be hard, but persevere, you'll get through this." The young teacher received no support from any of her lefty contacts.

Again, I came across a TV clip of this incident maybe forty or so years ago, and it always stuck in my mind. I wish I could identify now the woman involved, have searched without success. But note that this kind of political intolerance and cancellation has been going on for decades. As ostensibly worldly and well educated as is Dr. Naomi Wolf, well, perhaps she shoulda known. No deviations allowed, shut up and eat your mush.

I haven't followed her, but it was a refreshing read. She sounds like a 'classical' liberal, seeking the truth with an open mind. Or maybe she didn't like getting cancelled by her own kind and was forced to re-think her worldview?
