I know personally at list 10 people got booster #123456 in end of December and now all got rona. Most of them with High fever and other symptoms. They are telling me that is good they got vax, otherwise nobody knows how it will end up.

Talking to a leftist is like talking to a religious zealot. They blindly believe anything that their leftist leaders tell them and choose to ignore information from any other source. It's mind boggling why they choose to be so blind. They say believe in science, Ha ha. What a joke. They have no idea what science is unless their leaders tell them. I'm guessing that this manager person got C's and D's in science class. You must believe the experts because experts are never wrong.

I had a friend recently tell me that due to this new vaccine technology, we will never have to worry about a pandemic again. Now this guy is a lot smarter than me in so many ways but he chooses to believe leftist nonsense. He truly believes that he survived through covid because he got the vaccine. I asked him why he thought the vax was the reason and not that he just got lucky and didn't catch it. I then asked him why am I still here since I didn't get the vax. No answer.

In a conversation with another friend recently who I haven't seen in years, I said the vax mandates were not justified because we now know the the vax didn't stop the spread nor did it keep you from getting covid and that vaxxed people are in no danger of being around unvaxxed people. He responded by saying "Ya, but 'they say' that if you are vaxxed and do catch it, it will be less severe'. I then realized that I had to watch what I said around him. Leftists don't like to hear anything that shakes their world. I haven't seen him in 20 years. He came out for a visit and it was great seeing him but if I never see him again, I'm ok with it.

Since our government gave health care providers CHECKS for those who were "attributed" to COVID you had a lot of people dying of other ailments and COVID was added as an attribution. I had one 78 year old alcoholic that lost 60 of 200 pounds who survived COVID only to drown in our marina - yeah his death cert attributes his death to COVID. There is one off your 1,157,462 right there. There are a LOT more of those cases.

I agree with you. I never thought the mandates were justified. However, arguing with someone who is a follower and probably believed that the government was correct with enforcing mandates, if I said to him 'my body, my choice', he would of shrugged it off as it being just my opinion for whatever it was worth. I made the statement above to him to solidify my opinion.

Yeah, locally early 2020 there was a motorcyclist who crashed and died of massive injuries. Tested positive for Covid, you guessed it Covid is the reason for the death.

At that point I understood.

I know of an elderly lady that was in hospice due to Alzheimer's and she was expected to die. While in hospice, she contacted Covid but had no symptoms. She died a few days after being admitted. Her death certificate states she died of Covid.
